In the event that you would like to return your order, in full or in part, please contact us to evaluate and begin the returns process. Please let Customer Service know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Depending on the product, we may or may not ask that it be returned in order for you to receive credit. In case of return, please return the items within 10 business days from receipt with your receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please note that if you opened the package, it’s considered used. If you touched the food just to see how it feels, still used.

The refund amount will be processed after the restocking fee (20% of product price) as a voucher to spend in our website; the shipping costs for returning the products should be covered by you.

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept return for perishable items.
