In case of return, please return the items within 10 business days from receipt with your receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please note that if you opened the package, it’s considered used. If you touched the food just to see how it feels, still used.
The refund amount will be processed after the restocking fee (20% of product price) as a voucher to spend in our website; the shipping costs for returning the products should be covered by you.
